General Questions
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Since every BAM Paw bandana and accessories are handmade specifically for your pup, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please visit our Size Guide and measure prior to purchasing. If you have any concerns or find something wrong with the product, please use our website form to contact us within 48 hours ofreceiving your order and we will do our best to make it right.
Shipping Time and Delivery
All domestic orders are shipped with USPS First Class, which typically delivers in 3-5 business days. Once your order left the warehouse, BAM Paw is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should your package claim delivered but has not arrived, please initiate a missing mail request with USPS.
The customer is responsible for all applicable postage fees for any insufficient addresses or packages returned to sender. Please use our contact form and provide your email, order number, and tracking number so we can issue you a separate Shipping Invoice. Shipping Invoice must be paid by the customer prior to the package's reshipment. Note: Refunds will not be issued for packages whose additional postage is refused by the customer. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I customize the size or style of a bandana?
Unfortunately, we are not currently accepting custom order requests.
If your dog's neck size is smaller, we are happy to add an extra snap to make it fit smaller. Please leave a message in the notes at checkout or send us a DM on IG with your dog's neck size and we are happy to adjust.
Please note that snaps can only be added to make the bandana snap smaller than the default snaps that are already provided. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to me!
What is your processing time?
Our current processing time (the time from when you order to when it's ready to be shipped) will be 3-5 days to hand-sew every order. You will receive an order & shipping confirmation via email so you can track your package!
